Tharoor & Modi : Both follow each other on Twitter

Shashi Tharoor, MoS, MEA, has clarified himself, saying, he was not involved in any deal  he  offered just an informal patronage, being an MP from the area. Lalit Modi sprincles a full dose of allegations whenever appears on camera.

The current controversy has displayed the rivalry between them, if the IPL is concerned. Things going on. Gossips going on. What's going to be result should only be awaited. Hope for the best for cricket.

But, on social networking site, both show different approach. On Twitter, both, Tharoor and Modi follow each other. Both have their verified accounts.  

Shashi Tharoor has 720125 followers [at the time, this post is being written] and he follows 32 persons including Lalit modi.

See the other side of coin. Lalit modi has a list of 71,307 followers and following 24 persons including Shashi Tharoor.

However, following a person can't be an interpretation of friendship or rivalry. Any one can follow any person. s/He should be a member, of course. The follower, on twitter, receives all the tweets from the person he is following.

Clean and Green for Common Wealth Games, Delhi to send Beggers back to their home states

Prologue : After making efforts to turn Delhi clean and green, the state government is going to make it a beggers free place. The government has written letters to 10 states in this regard. However, only West Bengal government has displayed prompt response. Rest's awaited.

Though comprehensive data is missing, a sample survey in August 2009 of 11 shelters — capacity 2,018 — run by the Delhi government revealed that most outstation beggars came from Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. That month, of the 1,518 beggars rounded up by the Delhi Police anti-begging squad, 1,099 were from outside the city.

Letters were sent on February 12 to West Bengal, Orissa, Chhattisgarh, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Jharkhand and Madhya Pradesh too.

Prologue : A day after Union minister Sharad Pawar met Bal Thackeray requesting him to withdraw its threat against Australian cricketers' participation in IPL, Shiv Sena on Monday said it would take a final call on the issue in two-three days.

"For me, the country is more important than the game," ‘Saamna’ quoted Thackeray as telling Pawar. "I will never tolerate India's insult," the Sena supremo said.

Epilogue: Great! Shiv Sena supremo, Thackeray is talking about country. Fine, but, he should follow his words. Could we expect, he wont keep himself limited to just Mumbai, instead the entire country.

Aamir, Shah Rukh Khan are '2 Idiots': Shiv Sena

Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray on Saturday said Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan deserves Pakistan's highest civilian award, the Nishaan-E-Pakistan, for supporting the inclusion of Pakistani cricketers in the IPL.[SourceLink]

Why so much energy is being wasted on such affairs. Shiv Sena [and MNS] possess huge support [ignore recent assembly polls]. Their supporters display too much strength. It can often be observed on cricket pitches, cinema halls, media offices etc. Couldn't they utilise their strength in creative way. Can't they work for Mumbaikars in true sense, protecting the Mayanagari against evil eyes and their anti-national attempts.
